Call for Papers (closed)

Japan Society of Kansei Engineering (JSKE) and Korean Society for Emotion and Sensibility (KOSES) are pleased to announce the 6th Japan-Korea International Symposium on Kansei Engineering, which is jointly held with the 7th Annual Conference of Japan Society of Kansei Engineerin in Tokyo, Japan. 

<The Scope of the Symposium>


The main theme of the 6th symposium is “Object 
* Kansei = Value”.

More and more scientists and engineers are conscious about the importance of Kansei engineering in the society. Kansei Engineering is an important issue of global society to emerge new technology, new industry, new lifestyle and new culture. 

The symposium especially focuses the new principles on Kansei engineering as well as their industrial applications.
The Symposium invites presentation from the scope of the symposium above as well as the entire fields of Kansei; the human reaction from sensory to mental state, that is, sensitivity, sense, feeling, esthetics, creation, emotion, affection and intuition.

<Official Language>
Papers, oral presentations and poster presentations are to be in English. 

<Additional Information>
The symposium participants have free access to the 7th Annual Conference of Japan Society of Kansei Engineering, which is jointly held during
September 8-10, 2005. The Conference includes keynote speeches, many oral presentations, poster presentation, academic and industrial demonstrations, yet official language is Japanese.
